Drama and Rants

If you feel the need to rant, do so privately or semi-privately. Hit a wall -- whatever outside of here; but do not yank this forum into your drama.
We are all here (members, moderators and leadership alike) here to discuss and create a game and enjoy ourselves.
Keep in mind that not everyone is going to like everyone else in a forum with many people. Take the good with the bad, and have fun doing so. If you have an issue that needs to be resolved, do it privately if it’s a private issue.
Have an issue with the forum as a whole? Have an issue with a moderator? Bring it to me (Spike). I’ll listen and most of the time there is a resolution to be found.
If you HONESTLY think an issue would benefit from the forum's discussion, bring it to the forums in a constructive, non-dramatic, non-emotional fashion. Keep in mind that although we appreciate input, we also do have final say on how this forum and site is run. It's possible that no decision we make is going to make everyone happy. Get over it !!
Keep in mind if you start drama on these boards it will likely be deleted and there is a reasonably high chance that you will be removed from the forum.
Not sure if it’s drama? Run it by Spike or one of the leadership first.
